Ken is a nice attorney, but “some” of his staff is the worst of unprofessional and unorganized I’ve experienced. His female paralegal keeps an attitude, very short with me as far as being rude. Do people not realize it takes customers and referrals to bring in money. Attitude reflects leadership. I wouldn’t recommend them to no one. I was constantly being called to duplicate documents that I had already sent. I even tried to get another attorney to take over my case. When he found out it was Ken’s office he stated he was tired of cleaning up his mess!

Receptionist was pleasant, spent minimal time on hold. My attorney, Leonard Graham, is great. He explains, in detail, each part of the process for my particular case. It's not over; however I would recommend this lawyer and law firm.
