I'm 59 years old & have been to several drs & hospitals in my time however Dr Warsaw & his staff are the absolute best. I appreciate how they make you feel comfortable & not embarrassed & treat you with the upmost respect & kindness! Thank you to the girls at the front desk for your smiles & warm greetings every time you walk in the office! I don't want to forget John who does the surgical scheduling as he is just as nice! For the ones I have not had the pleasure of meeting, I'm sure all of you are just as wonderful. Thank you just isn't enough but, Thank you all for being you!

I got my rhinoplasty surgery from Dr. Arthur 10 years ago. I was left disappointed. I'm still insecure after a procedure that should have made me more confident.

I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, June 2nd, to have some skin cancer removed. When I was half way there, I came into a traffic jam on 222, from an accident. I immediately called into the office and told them my GPS was showing that I would be 5 to 10 mins late. Keep in mind, I had already scheduled to leave work early for this surgery, and had to wait a couple months to get in. After talking with Dr. Arthur, I was told I would need to reschedule. I was only going to be 5 to 10 mins late!!!!!! I asked the receptionist to talk to him again. His response: it's going to push me back the rest of the day. 5 to 10 mins!!!!! We as patients sometimes have to wait 30 to 45 minutes after our appt time to even be seen!!! I will not be going back to this practice!!! Talk about professionalism and patient support, etc!!!

Dr. Arthur is an amazing physician. He has performed multiple procedures for myself and many others I know personally and he has yet to disappoint! His personality alone will make you want him as your physician. He is very honest and caring which I find is very important when making decisions related to your body image! I just can not thank him enough for everything he has done. I trust him!

The five star ratings have to be lies. I went to Dr Arthur to get a nose tip reduction. His price was $5,750 which is very expensive just to shortin the tip. But being blinded by the five star ratings I decided to go with him. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED because my nose looks EXACTLY THE SAME .He DID NOT do anything I payed him to do. He basically ripped me off almost 6k. And to add insult to injury when I went for my follow up appointment I tried to discuss with him AGAIN what he was supposed to do to my nose. He denied me telling him and said we never discussed it. I know very well discussing ALL the details I did not like about my nose. But he basically called me a liar and got loud with me. Just a note to all reading this record any discussion u have with any doctor so they can’t deny the details of what u want done, or write everything thing on paper and when u both agree make him sign it or I would suggest going to another dr.
