I was very fortunate to come in contact with the Stelmock Law Firm. I decided to choose Robert to represent me after a phone interview. He is extremely knowledgeable as well as kindhearted. I knew that I was in the best hands possible through the most difficult journey I had ever encountered. Robert has an amazing understanding of the law, but equally important he was able to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand each step of the way. He is an excellent listener and I always knew that he had my best interests at heart. One of the reasons that I chose him was his passion for protecting children. Robert was able to guide me in getting help for my children. I wasn't expecting to find help in this area. I was only anticipating legal services. All of the staff is amazing and personable. Both attorneys (Robert and Kendra) are wonderful! They empathize with you, they know the system well and will help you thru the process. They are well respected by other attorneys in the court room as well as the judge. They know each judge well to help you navigate your case. Most importantly they CARE! They are realistic and do a good job grounding your expectations. They don't make promises, they are honest and realistic. They will tell you if you are being unreasonable or not, they will offer advice but help steer you to make it a civil experience no matter how difficult the other party may be. We went with this firm because Robert knows FAMILY and wants what is best for the kids involved (if any) no matter what you or the other party may think!

Fantastic staff. Quick responses to messages. Question's were always answered. Rob and Sarah were great to work with. Very happy to have had them assist me. Would definitely recommend them.

Rob helped my son with a custody case for his daughter and he did a awesome job.I would of gave 5 stars for him.WARNING make sure it's only you and him making decisions. Put it on paper you don't want to deal with JENNIFER. his office manager. She was very rude and pushy when it came to payment.She expected $$$$ Every month.Im not talking small amounts.$4000.00 paid in full or no more attorney help.I told Rob at the beginning that I only had 5 to 7 thousand total and $11400.00 later we finally had a trial in which we had to give $4000.00 before or Jennifer said he wouldn't show up to court.The other parent never showed up to trial and my son now has his daughter safely at home.I like Rob alot but make sure everything is on paper before you hire any attorney. And I suggest not to indulge with MyCase email.just another way to be charged for something you really don't need.
