If I could rate the service any lower than 1 star I would. Please see below: 1. Since hiring Rose Law Firm (Katherine Haynes) I have paid over $11,000 for a divorce (with no children or spousal support). I believed they were the best and I wanted to support a woman-owned business. 2. My attorney allowed her office manager (Dawn) to do a lot of busy work in the case and charge me for it by asking for additional amounts for the retainer. To be a bit more specific and clear - for example, if I left a message for the answering service I was charged her bill rate for retrieving the message from the service. 3. To date, the divorce is STILL pending (when I asked about all of the padded charges, my attorney began doing less busy work in the file, but no further progress was made, and she started ghosting me). 4. About a week ago, my attorney and I spoke briefly regarding completing the case. I proposed to her my payment plan (thousands now and then a couple more thousands when I am paid again). She promised to follow up with me the next day. To date, she has never followed up with me. Bear in mind that I have already paid the firm approx $12,000 (twelve thousand) for literally no results. I am a working woman and this amounts represented years of savings. 5. They are not yet done…… she has indicated that thousands more is still needed to finish. My question is -finish what? This is a divorce - not a high profile murder case. We had 1 court date which was virtual via Zoom and it lasted less than 40 minutes. 6. Recently I have left messages for my attorney and each time I am told that she is in a meeting. No matter the time of day I call — she is in a meeting. I believe she is avoiding me and that the entire speel was just a way to gouge and swindle me for more money…. with absolutely no intention of providing me ethical representation. 7. My advice - do not give this firm you hard-earned $$$’s for no/zero results. The retainers seem normal, but then they blow through it doing busy-work and request replenishment on a very regular basis. It’s all a trick. 8. Friends of the court? No - their behavior proves otherwise. I am so disappointed. Feels like I’ve been scammed and will contact the AL Bar and ask for assistance.

This firm is crooked ! Don’t waste your money or time . Many lawyers love to bribe their other party and this firm is one of them. There are many great attorneys in the state of Alabama that will not take your money blind . Stay far away from them too many people have come up to complain about them they only care about making money and not doing what’s right. They have no concept of moral values! Or family values!

I am not overexaggerating when rating 5 stars. It is important to understand that each case and each client is different. My experience with the Rose Law (Mrs Remington my lawyer) Firm was great. I knew they were busy with other cases and clients, yet each time I contacted them they literally gave me their undivided attention, care, and service. They fought clean, fought hard, and finished decisively for me and my two daughters. I highly recommend The Rose Law Firm for your family legal needs!!!

FINALLY! A law firm that actually fights for you!!

Rose Law Firm only took $$$$, and never made it to court after hiring them for a year. Simple case that should jave been settled in a few months at the longest. They charge for everything, phone calls, reading emails etc. Thousands of dollars one year later we fired them. Oh and did i mention you have to pay in advance or they do Nothing. They did nothing anyway. I Highly Do Not Recommend this Law Firm. Run Away Far and Fast!!
