Usually I do not post about my experiences unless I am feel it’s warranted by being really good or very poor. Yesterday I spoke with Michelle at Kennard about my employment and labor law concerns and I must say I was very surprised at how pleasant and accommodating she was. No matter what I asked she had an objective answer and offered other very useful advice. Turns out I do not have a case but her unsolicited advice on other matters will help me improve those negotiations in the end. Kennard was a referral from a high school friend. You never know what to expect when calling an attorney these days. I left a message for another firm twice and I never heard back and that was a referral as well. As soon as I made my initial call to Kennard I received emails and text messages, at my request, directing me to summarize my concerns online so that a team member can better assist me when they call.
