Absolutely would NOT recommend James Newth. He was hired to represent my husband and instead he took our retainer fee and disappeared on us. Don’t hire him unless you want to be robbed.

James is an outstanding attorney. He knows his stuff and people would do well listening to his advice. If you don’t want to get ripped off by the big law firms that charge you for every paper clip I recommend Mr. Newth. You may have to do a little bit of organizing your stuff and be willing to do what he asks for paperwork concerning your case but well worth it. I know he has more experience than 99 percent of attorneys in DFW and is friends with many of his clients long after Doing business.
