We’ve been with Life Storage 9 years now. Heather has always been so helpful and professional. She is always there if we have questions or concerns. The facility is always so clean and welcoming.

Heather’s service was excellent! She helped me pay my bill and move to a new unit effortlessly and in a very timely manner which was greatly appreciated!!!! Thank you for all the help again!!!

There she was a new young manager with her supervisor present silently nodding his head in approval of her embarrassing show of professionalism handling my break-in, and it was strange how the lights in the alley were not working to better catch the thieves on camera. The former manager never made errors like this. I gathered up the remains of my possessions and have vowed to never use Life Storage again.

This is about store # 778 in Atlanta I have a similar experience. Corporate Office if you care please contact me I have contacted you and have not heard back. DyingdriverX I can relate. Unfortunately I have to give Life Storage one star. Cassandra Hardin is very unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. She is very difficult to work with and I have had to call the corporate office twice regarding the aggressive behavior. I had a wonderful experience with the former company "Space Shop Self Storage" then the location changed hands to "Life Storage". It all started with physical mail correspondence wanting to sign a new agreement and provide insurance which I had done prior. I was prepared to email all the documents with the signed agreement and that is when I first had contact with Cassandra Hardin, it was unpleasant and I had no option but to physically walk in the documents requested or mail them, email was not an option. Space Shop Self Storage had no issues with the short time I had them, and digital correspondence was not an issue. Fortunately I have a fax service for odd and end companies which I would not expect from a large company such as Life Storage. The second time I called discussing my account I was accused by Cassandra Hardin of not being the account holder, I have had enough and would like to never deal with Cassandra Hardin again until the professionalism issue is addressed, I am not asking for termination. I hope someone in corporate is listening and I hope to hear from Life Storage soon.
