Don’t apply for a job here because all they do is have you interview , tell you about orientation but never verified the dates . The DON clearly doesn’t know his job and doesn’t follow up .

My mother spent 30 days in rehab at the Fall River Jewish Home, the Nurses especially ("Jo, Danielle and Gertaline") were excellent, Her O.T. specialist "Taylor" & PT was excellent the CNA's were excellent as well, especially "Megan". Jessie was my mother's case worker she did a great job tracking her case progress with PT, OT & Medical. The Director of Admissions "Victoria" was great and the Assistant Director of Nursing "Sonia" was great and let's not forget the Administrative Secretary "Helene" who was so kind polite and very helpful. The whole staff worked very hard. These days, every hospital, short term & long term care facility out there is "short staffed", what separates the good ones from the bad ones are the "people who care" that you can see trying to help each patient the best they can and that is what the Jewish Home staff does everyday, they work their tails off and try to help each patient the best they can. My wife has been here for rehabilitation for several weeks. The physical therapy services and occupational therapy services have been outstanding. The nursing care has been equally outstanding. All staff from admissions, social services, activities, kitchen services etc. are caring, supportive, efficient and empathetic. Her experience could absolutely not be better. Tremendous place all around! I highly highly recommend the Jewish Home.

Mom was only there less than a month when she passed away. She was in quarantine for 14 days. At 100 with memory loss, she stopped eating after being removed from quarantine. The staff were so understanding and helpful with end of life care. We were able to visit her in her private room. The staff were very responsive to her needs and our questions. They made us feel like family even though they really didn't know us. So glad she was there for the end. Thank You!! Thank You!! Thank You!!

I spent 10 days at home an it was a very good experience .The home was very clean the help was very professional an friendly.If you wanted to stay active there was plenty of things going on .The pt department was very good an you got five days .The people running the home were very nice an willing to listen to you .I only had one minor complaint an that was the food but they are working on improving it.I would recommend the home to any one.
