The worst guy that I have ever seen! Retard guy thinks his a privilege! He feels that he can get those NF and WC to settle in a good deal. Turn out he does not know what he should do. Acting like a grandchildren in front of client, cursing client after say goodbye.

Talk about unacceptable accounting practices, what's the term of reference that resonates for an accountant? It's accountability. And, this is exactly what this accountant and his firm lack. I've been with this firm for quite some time now, and I've never needed anything beyond the "normal tax return," so it's been easy for them. But what really made me realize their lack of accountability was when I needed a CPA letter from them essentially affirming my income, and "no accountants were available to respond to me." After two weeks of chasing, I finally received this response from the front desk. Truthfully, for an accountant to be unable to attest to their work is highly suspect.

Mr. Ken is a great accountant for all your needs. I always do my taxes with him and he has been efficient and reliable. You can't please everyone so please take those 1 star reviews with a grain of salt. As per my experience, I'm satisfied with their service.
