Kenneth M. Young Attornory At Law
Reviews

Mr. Ken Phillips lives up to his website namesake Dog Bite Lawyer- he helped attain a fair and reasonable insurance settlement after a dog attacked one of my family members, which was proven by local authorities to be completely unprovoked.nnI have to admit I was a bit skeptical at first as I didn't see any reviews up for him before we first retained him as a lawyer- but now I see why, to leave a review on here would be letting yourself to the dogs, so to speak.nnI am a dog lover myself, but this experience showed me that things happen with pets that we can't control- even when the owner is deemed a "responsible" dog owner, there is no telling how powerful an animal can be...you likely won't know until it happens to you, or a loved one, or until your pet does the unthinkable.nnSo that is why I decided to come forward as a former client of Mr. Phillips and say, if you have a dog bite case and don't know where to go- he is your guy.nnHe is very no-nonsense, but he also has compassion for his clients. At the same time, he will be very blunt with you if the situation calls for it. I would expect nothing less, as he does a thorough job to make sure everything is set to make your case as successful as possible.nnAnother thing to note is that you have all of your documentation in order, remain patient and consistent with communication- you will find working with Mr. Phillips, or any personal injury lawyer for that matter, a much smoother process. nnHis website also has a lot of free information, and should dog owners actually take heed to some of the advice on there- Mr. Phillips would surely be put out of business. It may seem sensational, but let me tell you, from my discussions with him I can tell he has seen some brutal cases. There are reasons for his claims, whether you agree with his stance on banning certain breeds or not. nnI feel he genuinely cares about this issue, as he has come across many heartbreaking cases (especially ones with children) and he makes information available for free that other personal injury lawyers would charge by-the-minute for.nnIf you take the time to read through his website, you will find he does not profit off of "spreading lies" - the exact opposite is true. He only receives money if a case wins, and if a case wins...there is a reason: it is because there is evidence compelling enough to show physical, emotional and mental damage- and in unfortunately some cases, death. nnSo for all of you pet owners either leaving reviews or about to leave a review for a lawyer you haven't worked with, I'd suggest the time would be better spent attaining the proper insurance should your pet do something completely out of your control.nnAnd if you are reading this, and a dog attack has happened to you or a family member, I highly suggest you check out his website and give him a call to see if he can help you like he helped my family.
Called and his secretary didn't know anything. Have a highly ranked show dog that was tore up by two pit bulls and they could even handle a case like that. 175,000 dollar dog!!! And they have no clue about anything. Definitely , absolutely not recommend this firm!!
This man has not represented me before, but I would NEVER allow him to do so. Someone who discriminates against dogs and especially a specific breed with no real facts backing up his accusations is someone who only cares about money. A good and professional attorney uses facts, not biased opinions. You need to educate yourself on dogs and pit bulls, you don't know a thing about them.
Only out for personal gain. Such misleading information vomited as facts.
This sorry excuse for an attorney chooses to chase the money, while ignoring science and canine professionals. He is, clearly, a schill for the hate filled clown posse. DO NOT allow him to exploit people for his own personal gain.
