I called because I was wondering if I could sue because someone ran over my foot on my way to work. I was nervously laughing because I am a shy person and I was scared to ask for an attorney. Anyways they threatened me to call police on me because they thought I was prank calling. I said I wasn't playing they then asked for my age and where I work, i answer them just for them to hang up on me. What kind of service is this?

They are the best they are there when you need them

My attorney was Micheal Orr. He was extremely professional from start to finish and kept me updated at every step of my case. Made sure all my medical bills were taken care of and took really good care of me.

I gave a three star. KN did great for us regarding our hit and run case against a semi truck accident. They are not a bad company but could use some improvement. My boyfriend and my disappointments were we were never told what happened to the truck driver. (was he fired, loose his CDL license, arrested for a hit and run???), we never got our phone call as promised from a lawyer, and never got a call our checks were ready for pick up. We had to call them. The issue date on the check was 1/22/2020. I wonder if I hadn’t called today 2/12/2020 how long it would have taken KN to contact us? They wanted us to give them a 5 star rating and wanted it done right there in the office. I didn’t do the original rating. They submitted 5 star on my behalf. I went outside parking lot to change to 3 star but wasn’t able to edit for comments, hence why I’m resubmitting MY review. Overall, not bad but they need some improvement and let their customer submit their own reviews.

They was great and there for me and my daughter every step of the way.
