I am writing this review for Ashley Sanders. She was my life line during my case. I really appreciate her always keeping me informed. Five stars for Ashley. My other experience with other personnel was not as pleasant. I think I got the short end of the stick with my attorney due to her lack of experience. I think if she had more experience we could have received more money. I think if you don’t have surgery your case is not as important

Working with this team was great ! They had great communication and were all very helpful during my entire process. My attorney worked to get exactly what I felt like my case was worth and my settlement clerk Ashley Sanders was so nice as well and made sure she did everything possible to make sure I was good and taken care of. She was great during my process and I highly appreciate her for the work she put in from Home during this pandemic still making sure she was on top of everything for me. I HIGHLY recommend working with Attorney Ken Nugent’s teams because they will make sure you get everything you possibly can in your case.

My accident was in 2018. I do not feel that my case was handled as a priority because no one kept in touch with me or advised me along the way. I feel as if experience told them to spend more time on higher yield cases. The para legal I was assigned could have done a much better job. Two months ago I met virtually with a different partner who was reviewing my paperwork as we spoke and he told me definitively that my case was not “winnable” in court because the documentation from the doctor was not what we needed. Documentation was too vague. I thought it was a part of their job to check on me and my treatment often since I called them within a few days after the accident. Case still not settled. I’m still accruing Doctor bills and still no contact from their office. But, the lawyer told me that I could get a new lawyer. Seriously....a year and a half later? Who would take that case? So, I accepted his expert advice and I Took the small insurance offer 2 months ago. But, still no contact. No update. I really don’t feel like they earned their fees. All the tv hype appears to be just that. Guess the little cases get no justice. I will not be recommending Ken! For me, he wasn’t the man!

I had to initiate calls.. I was constantly sent to voice-mail until I asked to speak to my attorney. I rate attorney Mark pitts @ 5; however his assistant was unprofessional at a point when I needed answers. I asked to speak to someone else and also received the same negative attitude. I never give rating less than what's deserved, because I operate off of ratings myself. Negativity such as what I encountered should not exist in a setting like this. Again, I say the experience with my actual attorney Mark Pitts via phone is above superb!
