I would not suggest this law firm to anyone. I've been switched from one law team to the other, not for the good, Ignored and neglected. Once I was switched from Alexandria to Jason downey, the new team would not even pick up the phone for me after the initial conversation of being switched. I was told to reach back out after a certain time to get updates. After weeks of reaching out I got an email back stating that the clerk was on vacation all the time I had been reaching out. Told me about a 5k offer leaving me with 1,100 after their services and doctor bills, which I turned down bc of everything I've gone through and asked why would they quote me that low. She said they only account for the billing portion and not all of your pain & suffering or the missed experiences you've missed out on. I asked to speak to my lawyer in person. She declined and offered a phone meeting and asked when would be the best time. When I said asap I never heard from her again. A week later. The only reason why my new lawyer called me is bc I went down to the Columbus office and started calling Corp office and told them I was outside and being highly neglected. I was not let in but I kept calling the office and leaving VM to supervisors. Being the first time I've ever spoken to me he was rude. He said my settlement clerk was responding back bc she was pregnant and she said bc she was on vacation. He went on to tell me that he stopped working for allstate a few years ago, which is the insurance company that the other person had. He starts telling me what they won't allow like he's working for them and not me. Go back and work for them then. He told me all of the pain and Suffering-and missed experiences that I have will have to be sucked up bc that how insurance companies are and if it were to be taken to trial it would be years. Insinuating my case wasn't worth it and that they would take the percentage of my case from 1/3 to 40%. He was antagonist, rude, dismissive and unsupportive. He cared less about what I've been through this last past year. I felt neglected and alone before I talked with him. Now I feel that 10x more after getting off the phone with him.

I am glad I selected the Ken Nugent Law Firm to represent me concerning an auto accident in December, 2021. My attorney was concise and thorough in dealing with the insurance companies. I enjoy working for him and his clients. Going into my 7th year and I still feel supported and guided on how to assist his clients. He gives back to the community and holds everyone accountable for how we work for his clients. He cares about clients and in the years with this office, I know it’s not about money with this firm. It’s about being a community and supporting each other. Thank you to this that have shared the good and the bad here. It helps make the changes we need to do better each case. An example is that when the read clients are calling and being missed, they added more ways to keep in touch with each other. Including a tier of supervisors and care team to monitor and support clients and staff with a way to make sure we all see and hear the clients message. Email is great. Now text messages are even better. From someone on the inside, he hears you, he sees you and he fights for you.
