If I could get negative stars I would. This firm is NOT aggressive for male rights, as they claim. They do not keep you updated on what they’re doing (because they do not do anything) You could call/email them every single day to get updates and they would not answer. This is the worst law firm you could possibly hire. They do not care about the safety of you or your children, no matter how much proof you provide. They will not submit anything in a timely manner or speak up on your behalf in court. Cordoba is the most unprofessional attorney I have ever seen & I would not recommend to anyone!! They will drag the case out and nickel and dime you until you are bankrupt and then they will withdraw with no notice and leave you stranded in your case.

Horrible experience with this firm, totally bent over for the opposing counsel and let the divorce drag on for 2 years while draining me of 30k worth of fees and recommended I pay for my ex's fees to sue me for more money. Was assigned 3 different attorneys during the 2 years and none of them seemed to care or even understand the details of the case. Don't bother with this firm, they don't care.

ABSOLUTELY NEVER USE THIS LAW FIRM!!!! The "lawer" this firm sent me was completely unqualified and zero experience... he couldn't even get a real hair cut. Then because this "lawer" made mistakes that cost me... I complained to this firm several time. The last time I was threatened by one of there directors and he hung up on me after the threat. NEVER EVER USE OR ALLOW ANYONE YOU KNOW TO USE THIS FIRM!!!! It has been over 1 year since receiving any emails from this firm... yet today September 20th 2024 I received an email demanding payment. NEVER EVER USE THIS FIRM!!!!!!!! Update September 24th 2024... this firm sent a response and asked to call and talk. Even after paying several thousand dollars and had them under contract... they NEVER returned calls and they hang up when you make points about how terrible this firm is. Please Please Please NEVER EVER USE THIS FIRM FOR ANYTHING.!!!!!!!

Attorney Daniel Smith was great, and my case up to that point went better than expected. However afterwards, when my ex-wife refused to honor the order, the law firm tossed me around, took forever to do the basics, nickeled and dimed me for everything and made me look like a fool in front of the judge. What was supposed to pickup from where I left off with the mediation in a contempt of court matter, ended up in months of a dragged out cased without any recovery of lost time, and minimal attorneys fees awarded, and a ridiculous bill that I owe this firm! Totally ludicrous. Not even 1/3 of the new evidence I submitted was added to the case, and I only was able to speak with my new assigned lawyer Ms Cordoba, the day before the hearing. She came with a script of questions, and during the hearing, the judge said this could have been handled in 1 (one) hour, not months. Totally unacceptable! I didn’t get what I paid for at all. Kenny Leigh and associates got my money, but I got the short end of the stick. I lost time, and my ex-wife successfully alienated my daughter from me, she just graduated from high school. I having seen her since this last summer past. Again, daniel and his work was great, and Ms. Merryman was wonderful, but the rest fell down hill. On me. Thanks a lot.

Don't bother using this attorney. They claim to fight for fathers yet they don't. They let the opposing side do whatever they want and this attorney does not fight them or stick up for you, they just bend over and go along with it in order to keep extending the divorce so they can keep making money off you. Opposing side doesn't submit required docs or sign required docs and they don't say or do anything about it. They just let it drag out.There is no reason a divorce should take over 3 years to complete and they charge you for every little detail. Have to email a question, charge. Have to call with a question, charge. Have to inquire about why something hasn't been done, charge. Some times they don't even seem to know what is going on. I would not recommend this attorney.
