“Warning”. Warning if you want a law group that will lie to you and take your money and tell you every month that they are doing something in your case and charge you a monthly tasking meeting fee for your case and they can not show anything they did or will not provide you proof that they tasked anyone to do anything on your case. ERICA CATLIN DLUBALA is the lawyer I had and did nothing but lie to me, so please stay away from her in any court dealings she will not do what she says she is doing in your case. Check there reviews and see. If you are looking for a men’s law group this is not for you they are mostly women in this law group and it is just a scam to keep running a bill up and not doing anything in your case. I have proof of this in many ways. I even had to deal with the vice president of this company because of the problems and lies and he is not a person you want to do business with. He will just lie to cover his employees. They will tell you they did things in your case and will have no proof they did them and will charge you for them. In the end these are just people out to take your money and give you no results. You can find a lawyer for half the price and not all the hidden fees if you look. Do your research and please do not higher this law group unless you want to have a bad outcome or to just throw money away I had to learn the hard way about them!!

I’d like to make this very detailed to save you from this firms ridiculous ways but I’ll keep it short. I lost $6k going back and forth trying to get more custody of my children. Multiple lawyers from their firm contradicted each others directions costing more $$$. The end result was a loss of money and my retainer was held ransom. Next case was a simple contempt case against my ex. The back and forth costed roughly $3k and I couldn’t keep feeding $$$ to there machine for something I don’t think they could make happen. There fees are over the top. The charge flat fees for documentation prep and they’re using a standard template and adapting it you your case. bottom line is if you use them be prepared to have really deep pockets and final take away is “ I told you so”.

I hired this law firm to assist with a nasty divorce and injunction. I was kicked out of my home and put on the streets for months. They did very little to assist me or return my child. Took months and lots of phone calls and emails which they charged for each minute. Appointments took a week to speak with attorney. They would charge $50 to forward an email. Horrible experience and created a significant amount of stress. Had to let them go and hire a new attorney at a different firm. Would not recommend their service as they are very money driven and do not give your case the attention it deserves.

I highly recommend NOT choosing KLA. The one sole purpose is to front hard work and compassion while doing as minimal as possible. It’s crazy how another friend of mine and myself both filed and all the same numbers fell into place for the formula on child support and yet I’m still paying significantly more than he does. When I approached my lawyer from KLA about the issue post final judgment the only thing he would tell me is it’s case by case and it is what it is. No regard for the fact that I had proof of being overcharged for child support. Now I’m going back to the courts to spend more money and fix what the lawyer should of done right in the first place but couldn’t. Stay away from this firm. Costly and you will receive nothing in return.

Hiring Mr. David Lohr, was the best move we could have made. He was extremely organized, meticulous and knowledgeable. My husband and I have been “pestered” by the mother of his child for the last 6 years with petty issues solely created for attention. It would take all day to explain what this woman has tried to put our family through. With the help of Mr. Lohr, the court was finally able to see what we were dealing with and ended up ordering her to: pay our attorney fees, give us make up time for denied timesharing and also held her responsible for the medical bills she refused to pay on the child’s behalf. Mr. Lohr, and his staff kept us informed about our case. The other attorneys we’ve hired in the past NEVER did this. We would have to call their offices and rely on disorganized secretaries for any information on our case. After our initial consultation, we handed all of our logs, photographs and anything else we had acquired over the past few years to Mr. Lohr, in a jumbled mess and explained to him what was going on. He listened very intently, taking notes and asking questions and then explained what he would like to do with the case. He was honest with us about certain points, explaining that a judge would not care about some points and described what he wanted to focus on. This honesty was much appreciated. Attorneys in past would try to paint us unrealistic pictures and fill our heads with improbable expectations. A few weeks later at our next meeting Mr. Lohr, had a thick, well organized binder that included everything we had supplied to him and then some. He told us what to expect at court and was extremely conversant on the particulars of our case. Another first for us. Mr. Lohr, made us feel as though we were his only case. On our court date, Mr. Lohr arrived early and put our minds at ease with his calm and confident demeanor. Once in front of the magistrate, he spoke with ease and commanded the room. In the end, the magistrate ruled in our favor and we’re extremely happy with the verdict. Once the dust settles and my husband’s ex starts trouble again we will DEFINITELY be rehiring Mr. Lohr! Any father looking for great representation should consider hiring Mr. Lohr.
