While the case is still being litigated, I can honestly say that John W. Kerns is a trustworthy attorney. Even if you don't like what he says, know that its the truth and he has your best interest in mind. He was hired to handle a Federal Drug/Gun/Conspiracy case and has worked his butt off. Furthermore, its so nice to call the office and actually be put through to talk to the attorney which has been my experience in dealing with this law office. Mr. Kerns also responds to emails and family concern's in a timely manner, which seems to be a lost courtesy of many offices. Best of all I can say that Mr. Kerns has fought hard, continues to fight hard, and is not afraid to go up against the prosecutor just to move a case along.
