I was referred to Mr. Kerr by a friend, to handle a difficult yet sensitive matter in September 2018. He was completely upfront with me as he told me where the person I was suing stood and just as upfront in telling me where I stood and some of the challenges I faced. I very much appreciated his forthrightness. After a couple of months, through his efforts and council, an agreement was made between myself and the defendant. Both the defendant and I made concessions, but as far as I'm concerned it was a valid and equitable agreement. Mr. Kerr knows his stuff!
