Kevin Obrien is either very unorganized or very dishonest. Kevin has been billing me for hours for over a year for a case we never hired him or his firm on. My understanding is he recently was disbarred for unethical Practices and if his harassment doesn’t stop we will be making a claim against him.

Kevin O'Brien has helped me on at least a half dozen issues over the past 10 years, he is an amazing attorney! His rates are VERY fair, and he's the only attorney that truly cares about his clients. And no, Kevin is NOT one of those bottom feeders who chases ambulances. So, if it were me and i needed a great attorney, I would contact him. Unless you want to settle for 2nd best....

I can contest that Kevin's law firm will treat you with the utmost respect and courtesy regardless if you are a consumer who has a outstanding claim that has been placed with his Firm. Kevin is from the old school and is always willing to work with you in a voluntary manner as long as it is a mutual agreement and feasible for the client's he represents. This place does not keep accurate paper work!! They will try to rip you off again and again!! If you deal with them save your bank statements like I have to prove them wrong and contact your own attorney to deal with them like I did today!! And know your Statues of Limitations!!! Be aware of this company and talk to an attorney before dealing with them!!!

I have had the opportunity to work with Mr. O'Brien's office regarding a legal issue. I found him to be more than fair, and was a professional of the highest quality! Highly recommended!
