I began seeing Dr Riche last March due to knee pain. Over the course of a year I have had 2 cortisone injections and a Duralane injection. Each time the staff was nice and accommodating. I like the 2 PA’s that work with Dr Riche and find them very competent and knowledgeable. This is a very busy practice, with lots of variables affecting the wait times for my appointment. Patience is needed even when you are in pain. But then Dr Riche spends necessary time to address my concerns so the wait is ok.

Gave Kevin Riche another chance and I’m sure glad I did! His office took the time to contact me after my first bad experience to see what they could do to make it better as this was not the experience they expected to happen. Dr. Riche was very informative and helpful with my knee injury. He explained several options and let me make an informed decision based on my situation. Very helpful and kind! So very happy I returned and fully recommend him for anyone with a knee injury or knee pain.

First and last appointment with Dr. Riche was today. My appointment time was at 10:45 that I arrived on time for. At 11:40 I was still waiting with two people yet ahead of me. The reception staff said it is a Monday and we’re pretty busy, like this is the norm for this doctor. Well it’s not for me! If any professional refuses to respect my time and expects me to wait around for over an hour past my appointment time like they’re God, they are mistaken! And extremely RUDE! He’s not the only knee doctor in Baton Rouge and if more patients would refuse to feed their egos by walking out on such poor service, perhaps they would be tempted not to over book and expect paying patients to suffer their god complexes and bad manners! I booked my appointment time and I expected it to be kept or someone to advise me about his delay and it would have saved me a wasted trip!

He listened to my concerns and was straight forward with his explanations. I greatly appreciated it. Everyone I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient even though imaging was behind, I wasn’t rushed through my appointment.

Dr. Riche’ was calm, cool and kind. He listened intently to my issue, asked questions and quickly diagnosed the problem offering two options as a solution based on my preference. It was easy and I’d highly recommend him to others.
