The worst type of people I can rent from. A bunch of slum lords that have no sense of accountability.they basically let u rent from them and then never look back.apparently upkeep of the facility isn’t their thing. Sad part is when h reach out the agent doesn’t even call u or have an ounce of audacity to be professional.who texts their clients? Avoid them and I feel like the attorney general of the states the work in should be involved in investigating them.

do not rent from this place, or lease. the company will give you terms that the tenants must care for majority of utilities that the owner should be responsible for. Also you have to keep the place maintenance every month and fix the HVAC system if any problems arise. please save yourself.

Very unprofessional Management. Can't get any kind of agreement. Sketchy policy, wants tenants to fix things that they supposed to fix.

This Landlord has a reputation among tenants as being extremely difficult to deal with. When a tenant has a maintenance/repair issue that is clearly (under both the Lease and industry-wide practice) not a Tenant responsibility, Phillips Edison will take the position that it is Tenant's responsibility . . . fully aware that the cost of disputing the claim exceeds the cost of making the repair. Tenants are left holding the bag. Their accounting department will fail to send reporting they are required under the lease to send. Thereupon, Landlord will issue a "notice of breach" claiming Tenant is at fault. Real consequences can flow both from the original Landlord error, as well as their unjustifiable, unsupportable position.

Wow. What can be said about this building? It's a glorious place to be. Can the general public come and visit? Not quite. But those privileged with access will surely have a wonderful time.
