Spoke with Mr. Gantt who led us to believe he would assist us. When we didn't hear frim him or his office after 3 weeks we made numerous calls to his office. He was never available and didn't return messages. We finally received a fkrmal ketter in the mail ststing that he couldn't be bothered. (paraphrased) What a waste of time. Sad experience.
