For two years, Delray Medical Hospital's account manager was Tenet Healthcare/ Conifer Health They promised that an appointed agent of theirs would contact me by e-mail, since I was abroad, but not only did no one from them contact me, but my continuous pleas for consultation were neglected, and they did not even respond. In the meantime, the insurance company indicated its intention to pay, which I informed them about, but they did not take this into account either, instead of negotiating and communicating, they started enforcement proceedings against me. Which I accidentally learned about only 10 months after the start of the procedure from the insurance company's e-mail! Incidentally, the examination in question is the evaluation of 6 CT images, for which they demanded 63k, I'll write sixty-three thousand dollars with a deductible of 4300 dollars.
