They've been handling my case for 3 months now, not one single follow up and i'm left completely in the dark. As a result, I reached out through e-mail and phone too. If it's via e-mail there's no response. If it's through phone? I'm told the person in charge of my case will "call me" once they're back in, it hasn't happened yet so I guess they never got back to the office ????. Moved to another lawyer as a result and I usually would never dare to say this but this firm is a complete joke. They just want easy money. Pic attached below, hasn't replied since replying once at 12/8/21, I followed up with a question on that same day. I doubt they're "too busy", I'd say they're just lazy and on their way down as a result. Y'all did this to yourselves. Good job, team.
