Kim Stephens handled my nieces Reckless Driving case. Upon our first meeting I noticed he was a great listener, compassionate and caring attorney. He is skillful and diligent about working for what is best for his client. As a family member he kept us at ease during my nieces long wait for trial. Mr. Stephens is extremely diligent and trustworthy. He was always there for me and my son whenever we needed him. My son got in some trouble when he had an addiction problem and was facing several felony charges including Aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. After successful completion of inpatient drug treatment he was able to get all the felony charges dropped and my son will only have 2 years probation. After he completes his probation successfully his record will be wiped clean. We could not have asked for a better lawyer or a better outcome. My son is a young man with a very promising future and thanks to Mr. Stephens he will not be held back by a mistake that he made. I came to Kim seeking help with a MIP of alcohol while already on probation. He was able to push my court date back a year while I tried to resolve my other probation after no result on my end, He was able to reduce my charges to an ordinance violation without me having to do anything which resulted in just two fines.
