King & King

I was there this past week for breakfast. Service was slow, however, I understand everyone is running with not enough staff. The assistant manager, Chris, who waited on us had so much pet hair covering his pants, it was gross. The following day we went to lunch I wanted to see if the assistant manager’s name was Chris. I nearly fainted when I ordered a meal combo and it was $14.79/medium size. The flame grilled flavor must have been a liquid, it was extremely strong and salty. I didn’t finish my burger.

Ordered three meals, 2 fish and 1 impossible. Fish were great but the whopper came out burnt AF. Returned it and the second one wasn't that much better. Usually prefer BK over the store across the street but may switch if this keeps up.

A good busy inside. It's nice to go into a business and see families dine together. It's hard to find families engaging with one another. The staffing looked like they were in short supply but kudos to the manager for moving people around to make it work. Everyone felt inviting and welcoming. I would give one encouragement and suggest visiting the dining room once in a while if possible to remove excess debris (fries and napkins on the floor). Overall, this is one of the best experiences I have had in a good 20 years at a dine-in fast food. Good job BK staff, you are doing a good job

This Burger King is really a miss. Yes , its fast food, yet I still expect to have a moderate amount of care when im spending $15 for a full meal. Ive been to other Burger Kings that at least fill the fry cup. Here its 1/2 full and the burger looks like its been sat on by an elephant. Remeber that scene in Falling Down where Michael Douglas freaks out about the advertisement vs. the flat crumpled up sandwich he gets? This is worse.

Standard fast food but really good service. It was packed when we arrived but the staff got all the orders out in a timely manner. For a customer that had to wait longer, they offered free fries or onion rings, which was a nice gesture.
