I was careful in selecting an attorney to represent me in bankruptcy, spent considerable time in researching reputations, reviews, professional standing, and academic credentials. I also had initial consultations with three different attorneys with highly regarded reputations in Miami. I chose Mr. Kingcade for several reasons: one, he expressed more knowledge and was able to communicate more clearly about his subject area of expertise; two, he gave me a sense of confidence in his ability to represent me and three, he is both a career bankruptcy attorney as well as a Certified Public Accountant ("CPA"). For these reasons, I selected Mr. Kingcade to represent me and, during the very troubling time of bankruptcy, could not have had a more positive experience. He and his outstanding team of professionals did exactly what they said they were going to do and that is a rare commodity, no matter what the profession. I could not more highly recommend an attorney for bankruptcy representation. Awful attorney as far as customer service is concerned. Seemed so nice and caring in the commercial. Big fake. nnI understand that he is selective about the cases he takes on. Obviously, he doesn't like to take cases for folks that are a bit older. I guess he thought we would croak before completing the plan. Still alive and kicking. You are not God! Only he decides. He was sadly mistaken.nnShame on you for your arrogant display of ageism. Very arrogant and condescending. For people who need this type of service, this is the last thing you need to experience. nnNot worth going through that kind of shaming when facing a situation that is already stressful enough. nnFind an attorney that can as caring in person as they display themselves to be on tv.

They are very efficient and professional and made the whole bankruptcy process easy and less scary/intimidating than I originally believed it was. I only dealt with Mr. Kingcade. He treated me fairly & considerately as a disabled individual. All in all, it was a really good experience. If I had known it would be this simple, I'd have filed for bankruptcy years ago.

Very disappointed with them. I contacted them on August 2014 and they suggest to file a chapter 7 instead of chapter 13 (that was better for my case) They took U$S 1200 as first payment, and then when i told them that i want to file for a chapter 13 because i have some cars, and other properties, they do not give to me a solution and even they cannot refund just only one penny, and they don't filed any document and the court, even, they did not any work for me. They requested the money in cash. I Stayed seated in front of Mr. Kingcade for more than 20 minutes waiting for any action from their side, and they took my money without making absolutely nothing. Again, i am not here to make a false statements, get another opinion, you will save money.
