My nephew originally had a state appointed attorney who did nothing and wanted him to take a plea to up to 15 years. My nephew from the start said he would not take a plea deal, that the charges were bs and he was innocent. I hired Barbara to represent him and after all was said and done his case was dismissed!!! She went through every piece of evidence, challenged the state and the accuracy and credibility of the other party. She’s straight forward, I would definitely hire attorney Kirschner again!!

Hired Barb awhile back. I truly liked her and felt confident in her expertise and words about whom she knows and how she can help me. I paid her the $2000 up front and she kept forgetting about my case and did absolutely nothing for me and kept $500 of my monies! So when you do nothing, in my opinion, you should receive nothing. Very disappointed. She did apologize though.
