I'm backing Austen Swope do to what this so called Attorney did with me. This person is not trust worthy. Has been reported to the Bar Association. And if he would like to reply to this review that.s fine. As anyone that would like to see the evidence i would be more the glad to do so. This person should be known to all what type of person he is. But some will find out the hard way.

I feel that they aren’t interested in helping victims. I’m dissatisfied and disappointed that they ignored me and did not do as they ethically should have. It’s a reflection of the whole Blair County lawyer “family”. They don’t stand for ethical law.

He's a man of his word and he was straight up and he does what he says I would recommend him to anyone and everyone that needs a real lawyer no one who takes your money and doesn't care he a respectable man and treats you like you are someone and Don look as you as just money

I can’t recommend Dan Kiss enough. I went to Dan after paying someone way too much only to be ignored/lied to/pushed to the side. Dan was recommended to me by a friend who had worked with him previously. Dan went above and beyond for me. He made sure I knew he was on top of my case at all points in time. Dan is very personable and highly intelligent. He’s patient with questions. He’s someone who believes in doing what’s right. There should be more people in law like him. He got me more than I could have hoped for given my circumstances and I will only go to him going forward. I can’t recommend him enough.

So far Dan has done everything I've wanted and have had great out comes from my hearings. Always replays in a timely manner. Now to move onto the next stage of things I have lined up where I need an attorney for.
