My case was turned down by three other lawyers before Michael Izsak was retained. My personal injury case was tricky. There were grey areas because I had already spoken w/ the insurance company more than once. When my accident occurred I didn't write down witnesses contact information nor take photos of where or what led to my exact injury. The insurance company denied that their client had any responsibility in my accident and offered nothing. Two + years later after depositions and negotiations my case was settled during COVID19 via a Mediation Zoom meeting. Michael did a great job keeping me informed and managing my expectations. Literally, I was prepared to receive very little for my injury. His experience and council led to the insurance company paying a lot more than they ever intended.
