I have to agree with the negative reviews. They agreed on a certain amount of something I should not have had to pay anyway and came back to collect more. They couldn’t wait to get paid as I agreed and contacted a previous employer(not accurate on research either). Very inconsiderate, unprofessional, and heartless individuals. Coming from a very successful career in collections, this is not the way things should be handled. Life happens, unexpected situations can happen, and they have zero patience with that. Their jobs would be more successful if they actually cared about their clients. Best of luck!

I called just to simply ask if I qualified for a payment plan. Instead of answering yes or no, I was demeaned for 5 whole minutes about all of the reasons I am being sued over the medical bills. Trust me...I’m very aware of why I’m being sued. I just needed a one word answer, yes or no..... I am very nice and usually take all the extra time to think people who work customer service by phone. I wasn’t rude. I simply asked a question, and they exploded on me. But as I see from other reviews, I see that I’m not alone.... I hope that at the very least that they felt better after exploding on me.

I have called to simply ask if they planned on pressing a law suit against the other person the suit was naming as having owed money. They told me no, told me it was my responsibility and that I basically should quit my job if I didn't want sued. I have tried calling to get my sum amount of what is owed, several times just to be rudely told off. These are the rudest people that I have ever dealt with in my life.

Being sued by these people for a debt I owe. Finally got up the courage to call them and they were very kind and helpful. If you're interested in paying what you owe they are willing to help in a very kind and respectful manner.

The staff here is extremely rude. I had a medical bill that slipped by me after my son was born and forgot about it and these people called and left a message and when I returned the call to see about paying the bill the lady lectured me on being responsible and gave me attitude as if I was making her life harder by trying to pay the bill. They are the worst.
