good Place but they need to do something with their Valet . a bunch of douchbag Guys , one time they drove my car , and i'm sure either they smoke in it .
Great arts on the grounds with music playing on the speakers. Very relaxing place to stroll and take in the city.
Melinda P. didnt tip me after I delivered 20 pizzas from Fireside Pies on April 18th, yet when in Deep Ellum partying, you will tip the bartender who just hand you one bottle of Bud Light from the cooler.
Have been walking through here since it was built and it was wonderful, until recently. Now there are rude and downright mean security people telling us we can't walk through the plaza. It's an open passage way. What gives? Thanks so much for being such a "friendly" Dallas Arts District neighbor KPMG :-(
Very nice office building - overall beautiful place with great art - despite the very non polite and arrogant "security" services in the evening. Whatever company manages after hour should teach their staff to be 1) customer service oriented 2) polite 3) non arrogant. This is a major disappointment for such a location.
