I contacted Koehler & Associates to get a consultation. I went into the consultation and he gave me advice on my rental lease. During the consultation he advised several times that my lease wasn’t good and I should buy his. He continued to give me recommendations on my current lease. Finally he advised again and I asked to see his lease. He said its intellectual property and he can’t really give it out, but said its way better than my current lease. I fell for it, I bought the lease and he sends it a couple days after. I looked it over and it was virtually identical to my current lease. It had a heading with a form ID in the upper right. I googled the form ID and it was a form given out freely on the internet by Realtor. I reached out and made him aware and asked for a refund because I actually liked my lease batter, but he said he doesn’t give refunds on forms. After this experience, I felt robbed.
