I normally don't write reviews but I am really pleased with how this office took care of my wife's Social Security Disability case. She lost her mobility and allow me to handle her affairs and every time I had a questions they provided a prompt response. Helped me understand a lot about the process and they were patient at times when we became overwhelmed. We would highly recommend to anyone.

Selected this law firm in an effort to get help in addressing my case when I was rear-ended and injured in January 2015. The case was finally settled in mid-2018 with poor advice from this firm. They received and diverted from my own policy's PIP coverage and sat on the money as long as possible before giving me access to it. After the settlement (mid 2018); they again sat on the funds for about thirteen weeks and only after constantly contacting them was I able to get some funds then the small remaining balance after they generated all kinds of added charges to deduct from my settlement. Request for proof of the additional charges has still not been completely received. Would never recommend this law firm they ARE NOT interested in the client but what they can generate a client and his/her situation. They may be friendly during your initial encounter(s) but they certainly are not looking out for your financial interest. Based on my experience over the long term, their focus was to maximize revenue from the client...I have their extensive deductions from my final settlement to prove that. When I asked to discuss and correct their accounting and deductions, they simply have ignored revisiting the matter. Advice to the wise contact a law firm that is interested in you as an injured party, get a full disclosure of what they will be charging you and use a personal referral if at all possible.
