Yes, he actually answers the phone! My past experience with Attorneys, and any professional frankly these days, is that they take your money and then ghost you for weeks. Mark will literally answer his phone in the middle of the night, not a secretary, not an answering service, HIM! He is caring, hard-working and dam good at his job.
