Technically very good, punctual, sanitary very friendly and courteous as well as technically excellent and fast. However, the billing is exorbitant. I was billed almost 150 CHF for a quick analysis. In addition, the tone with customers is untenable: "Further emails or inquiries are not answered and as a customer you have already been deleted".

As a tenant, I moved into the company's dry toilet during the renovation phase. I personally asked the staff to refill the odor emission fluid twice, but to no avail. Telephone contact via the main number also didn't lead to anything. Maybe they do their job well according to reviews, but I miss that between human beings. So: “Out of sight, out of mind”.

The positive reviews and the touted 60-year presence on the market are somewhat surprising given our experience with this company. After the work has been delivered, defective and complained about (radiator valves installed incorrectly), all sorts of flimsy excuses are used to avoid covering the costs of correcting the errors, which ultimately had to be done by another contractor for reasons of urgency after a first attempt at rectification was unsuccessful. In the entrepreneur's opinion, you can let a tenant live in a cold room in February because the weather was mild in February...Tenants and the arbitration board in rental matters would probably see it quite differently! Ultimately it is about a little more than CHF 700 that should have been taken over, with an order volume of around CHF 25,000. After these experiences, it is definitely no longer an option for us as business partners, although we would have to award various follow-up orders! Schleutermann AG M. Schleutermann Addendum: the alleged "false statements" can be substantiated at any time and of course the entrepreneur was contacted after the problem became apparent, otherwise no fitter from this company would have shown up, they don't just show up without having an order. But the old principle "every complaint is an opportunity..." doesn't seem to be known here yet. If the same energy that was invested in finding excuses had been put into fixing the problem right from the start, everyone would be happy today...
