Kolbe do not stand behind bad installations. After spending $100k. I now have windows that make me sad on a daily basis. Some window cranks don't work. Mesh is wrong sized. Doors won't shut properly. It makes me want to sell and move.

I would give them a zero if possible! Don't waste your money. my 9k square ft home has all Kolby windows. 3 large windows failed at 15 years, they would not replace them. The window frames completely rotted out and one open casement window fell out. Needless to say I had to replace 14 windows at my own expense after being installed by their representative at 15 years. No wonder they don't guarantee their windows!!

I'll be writing down all the semi trucks you have drive down park Blvd which is a no truck road!!!!!! Keep piling up the snow on the corner of Chellis and 11th so we can't drive safely in our neighborhood. Also your crew of plows and forklifts you drive on Chellis is being reported too it's a city street! Not to mention the place catches on fire every year or so! Your employees racing to leave work will kill someone one day they blow every stop sign. Leave our community!!!!! Huge Negative impact on local community!!

Purchased and installed Kolbe Kolbe in our new house in 2004 in 2017 all Kobe windows exposed to weather with exception of those protected by our covered porches were in various stages of rot/decay! We had several Anderson windows installed at the same time and still do not have problems with them. I would not and will never use kolbe windows again!

We spent almost 100 grand on windows and doors. They arrived and were installed with many defects. The screens don’t fit and the gaps are so wide bugs come right through. The weather stripping fell off the first week. The front door was delivered and installed with no key to lock it. This has been many months and service guys have been out 3 times and each time they say we will order weatherstripping and lock with a key each time they come out and still no repairs. When shown the screens all they say is yes they are defective and nothing gets done. Don’t waste your money because once you pay for them they don’t care about any defects. With the hot summer we had our electric bill go from $300 a month to $900 a month due to no weatherstripping.
