We had a great experience with David and Karen. They helped our case filing the immigration document for us since March 2021. There were a lots of steps and process that needed to be done and they always kept in touch with us to make sure that we were on the timeline for the case and providing all document required for the immigration. We started working with David Kolko and his team 3 years ago. Our goal was to get Permanent Residency but meantime we had to sort out OPT, H1B, Extension, Change of Status. Coming back to leave a review after talking to an another attorney. We hired David Kolko for my wife’s case to apply for I-130 F2A category. Looks like people who were out of status for years are not eligible for this petition. However, when we hired David, he were insisting that my wife is eligible and encouraged to push the case forward. Good thing we didn’t. Otherwise it would be just a waste of money and time! They ridiculous the way they charge even for single email response.

Mr.Kolko and his staff are very professional, I will recommend him to everyone who is dealing with immigration issue.
