I worked with Tom and Scott a few years ago on a copy write infringement case. Tom and Scott were both great to work with and were both very responsive and always available to talk. I searched for a lawyer who handles breach of fiduciary duties. I explained my case dealing with breach of fiduciary duties which is solid and without a doubt is an easy one to litigate. Their response was "we cannot help you with this." I believe it is because I requested to pay an hourly rate for mediation between myself and the responsible party. Then they recommended I call the Colorado bar association. I advised them that was not good advice being they have only 3 stars and do not return phone calls. The ladies voice tone was then rude in response and she hung up on me after I asked what better advice she may have. Disgusting treatment I will say.

Excellent Firm!!! Tom, James and his team represent me on a very long and complicated law suit, which it finally had a favorable outcome. Tom is very straight forward and honest, he always explained things to me the way a normal person could understand, he is extremely experience and knowledgeable.
