Kolpak Law is an excellent law firm with many years of experience in house. The senior attorneys are less reliable on communication but Colleen Doherty Associate Attorney is absolutely tremendous. She handled one of our family Real Estate owner to owner sales with great communication and explanation of the process and next steps needed to make it happen.
