I have had the opportunity to work closely with this law firm for over three years now. Terry Heeter has always been completely on the ball, very thorough, more than fairly priced, and beyond competent within his field. The support staff are all friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable in what they do. Many of the things I have had them do for me we’re not common and required them to learn and execute, which they did beautifully, and continue to do. Have property agreement, with a client of this law firm, and have been ignored for over a month on trying to transfer the deed and finalize the agreement. Their client has called and stopped in person numerous times, as have I, only to he told by the receptionist that they are too busy, not there, or given a date to do things but never follows through. Would never recommend this law firm to anyone and avoid at all costs. Apparently they only do the work they want to and will push other people off. Will tell EVERYONE, of this poor experience and the frustration and lack of professionalism.
