I had a very nice conversation with the founder and original partner, I have never actually spoken to a group of attorneys that took responsibility when a client was dissatisfied and offered to do anything to make it right, you really don’t find that very often these days in professional practice, so from one professional to another I appreciate everything that was done, now that he is back managing his own firm I would definitely recommend you do that. They say that an honest mechanic is worth his weight in thus absolutely this applies to attorneys as well
