I have a great team that is working hard on my behalf. Brian Korte and Ms. Perez are amazing. They are there every step of the way to help and answer any questions that I have about my case. I love how dedicated my team is. Its amazing how they work. They are very respectful of their clients and their work.

The initial communication started off great when speaking to this office regarding my case. After retaining them, I was not able to reach the person I initially spoke with and didn’t know who was actually assigned to assist me. Throughout the process there was very little communication and guidance with next steps regarding the case. I often felt like I was being a bother by asking a question and was mainly transferred to voicemails to leave messages. I do appreciate the paperwork that was filed on my behalf and the emails that were sent to me regarding paperwork from the court but more communication would have been appreciated and may have possibly presented a better outcome for my family and I. It was truly a learning lesson/experience for me and gave me a different perspective regarding attorneys/law firms.

I chose this ratings because your team is really professional and caring, always keep me updated with my case and is always checking on how I’m doing. So, yes, I will recommend this team to you. Thanks for being there guys, we need more like you guys and Attorney Allegra is amazing.

The Rep I spoke to was very nice and patient. I wish I remembered his name but being as though we were on the phone for hours gathering information . He took really good care of me and showed a lot of empathy towards my eviction going on. The staff is as nice pleasant as he was.

This firm hands down helped me in a time of great need, guided and listened to my issues, and handled my case with care and compassion!!! More importantly, she got my security deposit back!!! I have to say, you cant go wrong with Allegra Fung as your attorney!!!
