DR.Devito, Andrea, Melissa and staff are all very kind understanding, patient and very knowledgeable. The office is very clean and children friendly. The care provided is above and beyond I love them and grateful that they have been providing care for my son since birth.
Spoke to a very rude and nasty receptionist. I am a new patient and I asked if my records arrived at this practice. Her response... " your child's records have not arrived you should try contacting your pediatricians office to get those records. So I told her I received an email from them saying that the records were sent. Then she got nasty and said well.... How do you know the records were sent did they email it or fax it? She was so nasty and rude and I was trying to be as patient as possible with this receptionist. I refuse to place my Child here and deal with unwelcoming, unfriendly staff members.
All three of our kids use this as their primary care. They have always taken care of them and we love the interaction the doctors have with our children!
Dr. DeVito is not compassionate and does not explain test results or call back after hours when your child is sick. Would not recommend!
All the Doctors there are very friendly, Receptionist are friendly, always helpful, office is always clean????
