Just the nicest folks. Made me feel like I had been a long time patient. Dr. Kraffert was so kind and attentive. He told me he was going to help me and he did! And such a lovely office in Old Town. Make an appointment and plan on taking a stroll afterwards. Highly recommend.

Dr Kraffort has an expert and gentle touch. He was considerate to inform me when treatment would be painful. It would be nice for him to ask if I had questions, instead of passing me over to his assistant. But, all in all, my dealings there, were a positive experience. Thank you.

Dr Kraffert did a wonderful job taken out the basil cancer from the side of my head just above my ear. Nasty stuff as it kept coming back. Third times a charm. Then I had radiation to make sure it stays away. Thank you.

My first visit started with extremely professional staff . Very attentive and lots of smiles! Dr.Kraffert was just wonderful! Introduced himself and asked me a few questions then went to work on my face. He explained what he was seeing on the areas of my face that I was concerned about, then asked if he could proceed with how he would like to treat those areas. The treatment was painless and he explained what to expect post-procedure. He took his time , did not rush thru my visit, and answered all of my questions. On a personal note he was a real pleasure to meet ! I highly recommend this professional doctor and staff.
