I had an attorney that transferred employment to K&K towards the end/closure of my auto/medical suit. Upon out-of-court settlement, I had two outstanding medical bills that were unpaid. I consider this an oversight on behalf of the attorney (as he and I were sent duplicates of bills). Because we didn't go to court, the "1 job" my attorney had was to protect my interests by seeing that all bills were accounted for and paid (which could have been done with a thorough call to billing). To have two (2) outstanding bills from months (and one more than a year) prior to my settlement is unsettling/scary. We spoke August 6, and he said he'd take care of it and would contact me with the results. As of November, I hadn't heard from him. The bills have been paid (I called billing), but the oversight, and lack of follow up prevents a 5 star rating.
