I didn’t know I owed this company money until I received court paperwork stating that I was being taken to small claims court. On the paperwork that I received it stated that I owed a certain amount with additional attorney fees. I had tried contacting the business to see how much is owed along with the initial bill but know one answered so I went to their website and payed the initial amount owed. This business had a month and a half to contact me to tell me how much I still owed and didn't until the court date had passed and I now owe them court fees. The way that all of this was handled is completely unprofessional and it’s embarrassing that the utility company uses this unprofessional business for debt collecting.

They bought my medical debt from 2020 and are freshly renewing this debt and avoiding court dates and dragging this process on, and I am trying to settle an agreement with them, and I have been trying to contact the office to pay my debt for 2 months. I’ve shown up and no one was there doors are closed and , and I just want this item off my credit score and they are impossible to work with. They have an endless loop if you click one, and if you click 2 you get a grumpy lady who apparently is meant to direct people to line 1 and line 5 and the lady on line 5 says you have to continue the level one loop. When I talk about how long I have been on hold attempting to pay this debt they call me a liar. Unprofessional, willing to take in new work and new clients, but have no care for the people who’s lives they make more difficult. Their phone number on their website that says call today takes you to a fax number and rings in your ear really loud like it’s the early 2000’s. Do not do business with these guys

As a leader in the Financial Service Industry, I would suggest you do your research. If i could give them less than a 1 star, i would. The firm has really gone downhill lately. Almost impossible to get an answer or response. Waiting for days for a call or email back.

Terrible place to work with on payment plans, accidentally miss one payment, no call, or nothing, they wanna garnish wages, bad part is, when you call them, your on hold forever, just to talk to someone who's hateful on the other end

Very misleading company. They sue you through small claims court when you have no knowledge of anything. They are very rude. I paid half of what I owed on 12/15/22 and told the lady I spoke with I would paid the rest in a few weeks. She ok'd it. Today I received garnishment paperwork in the mail. So I call them back, on hold for 45 min waiting for someone to answer . The lady that picked up, RUDE as hell!! Told me it's at the attorney discretion if they want to proceed with garnishment. What was the point of a payment arrangement? She then told me that I have till February 19th to pay in full. Again, payment arrangement. Make this make sense! Lots of miscommunication In this company. One person tells you One thing, another says different.
