Very rude, unprofessional! Lack of information, confusing information, even WRONG information. They sent wrong information to immigration, caused one of my cases to be denied due to not doing the right thing. VERY RUDE, do not admit to committing errors. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Also, they take a long time to communicate back to you. It makes it seem that they really don't care at all about your case. Waste of time and money.
