This is a very money hungry firm. You will not talk to your actual attorney it will be threw a chain of people, they bill for each person even when asked just to talk to my attorney they refused. Because they can’t bill out enough money with direct conversations.
I contacted The Kronzek Firm and had a conciliation with attorney Rebecca Kerr. She patiently listened to my concerns, took the time to understand my goals to protect my child. Once I showed documentation and proofs of my concerns she proceeded with the case. About five months later I was awarded every relief I requested. If you truly want to protect your child I don't know of a better law firm or attorney to represent you.
