With my minimal knowledge of the 'justice' system I would have been better off representing myself in my divorce. The only thing he did is file the paperwork at the courthouse, I could have done that myself. My house went to foreclosure, he did nothing to help. Ultimately my fault believing that my best interest was being considered. I would never reccomend this firm to anyone, you are better off finding a new young attorney that is eager to fight for you. A huge disappointment. Robbed me of money, time, and psychological well-being.
Bob is a stand up guy. He's the second attorney I've used for child custody. He was much more honest with his billable hours than my last attorney. I enjoyed working with him and would definitely recommend him.
I would not retain this attorney. He does not reply to phone messages or emails, was not prepared for my trial, he is dishonest and does not give good representation. He showed up for my divorce trial and demanded $3000 up front on the spot it he was not going to represent me after I had paid his retainer fees the month before the trial. I basically lost my case. And house because of him. Horrible experience. Look elsewhere.
I needed some further assistance in getting some paperwork finalized. So I called bob, he’s local and although it took me a week to get a hold of him, he took my case, and is getting it handled for a very low fee. So pleased with his kindness and consideration.
Krysak is the worst. You are crazy if you use him. He will take all your money and do nothing. One year later I could not get him to put together a counter offer to my wifes Attorney. Allowed my wife to move into a rental property now I am still fighting 2 years later to get divorced because of him. He does not care.
