Over the last 12 years, we have tried to work with this agency. They have zero concern for the community they are supposed to be serving. Complaints about service providers "cherry-picking" clients rather than serving anyone from the community went unanswered until I was told that the state could not force a service provider to serve someone if they didn't want to (oh yes they can) - the old Kansas deal where they feel a business should not have to serve someone if they don't want to that so many are familiar with. Ignorance about contracting, discrimination, offering jobs for sexual favors, make this one sorry waste of taxpayer money!

Have been applying since 2015 even after sending all my paperwork multiple times they keep sending letters saying I didn’t send what I needed too I’ve even gotten help sending stuff in they are horrible
